Q. Are my tickets still valid from 2020?
A. Yes, all tickets purchased through DerbyLive for the festival in 2020 are valid for Dog Lovers Festival 2021. Just bring your 2020 passes with you on the day as normal.
Q. Is there a charge for parking?
A. No the parking is free for ticket holders.
Q. Will there be toilets and showers on the campsite?
A. Yes both will be provided.
Q. Are children Free
A. All children under 12 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Q. How far is the camp site from the actual event.
A. Camping is adjacent to the event so no long walks to the event field.
Q. Where is the main FREE car park?
A. The car park is across the road from the main entrance so no long hauls across endless fields to get to us.
Q. Can I bring my caravan or camper van along to the event?
A. Yes, once you have purchased your weekend tickets you will be givien the option to book you weekend camping passes.
Q. Can I park my car with my caravan?
A. No, All cars once they have dropped the caravan off will need to be parked in the car park. You can bring your car on site when loading up.
Q. Are gas bottles allowed?
A. Gas bottles are allowed if fitted fully within the caravan / motorhome.
NO gas BBQ's or gas camping stoves, portable gas bottles, canisters or similar are permitted.
We allow Greenheat Base Camp Cookers, firelighter stoves and solid fuel stoves.
Q. Are electric hook ups available?
A. No, there are no electric hook ups available on site. Caravans and Motorhomes may bring a generator provided it is cordened off from little ones and curious pups.
Q. Are awnings allowed?
A. Only if they fit within the camping pitch you purchased along with your weekend tickets, but no separate tents.
Q. Am i allowed to bring a picnic?
A. Food is allowed on the campsite but not in the main event. But don't worry we have lots of delicious food and drink stalls in the main arena that will be open all weekend.
Q. Can I bring alcohol in to the event?
A. No alcohol will be allowed in the main event but you are welcome to have it in the campsite although please see restrictions below.
ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE BROUGHT INTO THE CAMPSITE ON YOUR FIRST ENTRY. THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY WITH ALCOHOL. NO GLASS to be brought on site. No opened bottles brought on site – sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks are welcome. Opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the festival. Alcohol for personal consumption only. 18+, ID checks may take place upon entry, anyone thought to be under 18 will have alcohol confiscated.
